12

This girl!  Wow! I find it hard to believe that this girl, this baby, this youngest of mine has reached the ripe old age of 12!  12 years ago today she was born in the early morning at the hospital across the road from where we now live (have I told you that before?)...just there is Thomson Medical center where she was born; "A" is our house.  Freaky, eh?

So, today Matt took the day off work and we went out for lunch, then shopping and really yummy ice cream.  I think she had a good day.
This girl of mine is so AMAZING. Yesterday, the first day of school holidays, she decided to have a play with some embroidery and made this stunning ornament for the tree, all just "doodling":
And a zoo for her Japanese erasers, which included a glad wrap glass enclosure for the seal.

She never ceases to amaze and inspire me.  I am so thankful to have such a creative daughter!

And my poor other little "daughter"; the one with the funny little Singaporean cat tail....
looks like this at the moment:
She was spayed on Monday and has spent the last day walking into everything and getting very frustrated with us all. I think some Christmas treats may be required.

  2. Surely not yet another artist in the family, just what the family needs, but hopefully she also enjoys reading law books and things
