We had a lovely day. A nice breakfast with some pressie opening. And then we went off to Manhattan for the day. (I'll post those photos separately)
We came home and had our family favourite dinner; "pickies". As in nice cheeses and Spanish Ham and olives and cornichons and so forth. And then we watched a Harry Potter movie by the fire, cut out snowflakes and had Ella's red velvet birthday cake (store bought).
Ella with her two "pillow pets" that she got for her birthday (one from a friend). Honey quite likes them too and kept trying to snuggle up on them. And yes, that's Lilly. I drove up and back to Vermont on Friday to get that naughty cat!
Doesn't she look thrilled to be back!? But it made Ella happy.

oh so gald to see Lilly back home all cuddled up in the arms of that big 10 year old girl...Happy Birthday Ella.... Well belated for this year ...or early for next????
