tonight: I HATE our satellite company: for the last week we've had problems with our picture breaking up. We have had no sound and no proper picture- but not all the time- it works when we don't want to watch TV. Most of the time this doesn't matter as we don't watch that much tv, but tonight was DR WHO!!!! And we couldn't watch it!!!! I did spend 40 minutes the other morning trying to organise a service appointment, and then they came on the wrong day when I wasn't here after I'd spent all morning waiting for them (I did FINALLY get some housework done, so it wasn't a total waste of my time). We are all so upset that we couldn't watch this week's episode- it was the weeping angels AND River Song. Fortunately they replay all the episodes all the time so we'll be able to see it next weekend. But still!!!!! Saturday night Doctor is the highlight of our week!!!!!!
Somewhat irrelevant, I know, but given I'm preoccupied with all things Welsh at the moment... I was googling something and found a site that shows you all the places in Wales that have been used in Dr Who episodes - which made me remember that it is a BBC Wales / Cymru production.
