Saturday

On rainy Saturday , while Matt and Oscar were at rugby training, the kids and I had a lovely crafty morning, making Xmas decorations.
Kit went up to the attic to look for something and came down in tears because he'd found "my stash". Actually I'd bought 2 books ages ago and forgotten where they were, and that's all I had got for them. But he was so upset because it was exactly what he wanted :"monsterology", and "pirateology" for Ella. The kids love these books and I'd got them cheap, so I let them have them. A nice way to spend a rainy day anyway.

And Oscar came back from Rugby training properly muddy.
