Another snow day on Friday- so we hot footed it north during the day. I was able to get some painting done, and this is where I'm at with the boy's room. I'm loving the different quality of the light in there now. These were taken quite late this afternoon, and they are still quite bright. I had plans of putting the track lighting in myself, but I got a bit stuck with it all, so the boxes are sitting there waiting for my electrician to come in and do it.
On Saturday, I was lucky enough to finally meet up with my long time blogging friend Emily. Matt, her hubby and my kids went off skiing for the day and she and me and her kids spent a lovely day chilling and chatting. And even though it was brutally cold, we did get out for a little walk.
And here's a photo of Honey in my hat because it suits her more than me! (but it's warm).

ReplyDeleteoh that has to be Emily F great that she was there with you..Chelsea will be so happy that you guys have finally gotten together(Chels had a lovely visit with her in WA and a class while she was in the US as well(i am sure she will tell you all about it).... love the colour of the boys room...fresh and bright but still gives the room a lovely feel with all the lovely masculine things around... the whole hosue is looking fantastic Georgia.... GREAT JOB!!!!
