Fabric finds

I was so lucky with this sale- most of it was $5 a yard. And it's proper upholstery grade fabric, some silks. Some was $10/yard, but still so cheap. The green there I'm thinking of using to recover the stripy pink chair/love seat set that was in the bar room. The neutral is perfect for curtains.
These were yellow curtains from the house that I dyed. I'm really happy with how they turned out. They are too short for the windows (they were those poofy hangy ones) but I thought I could put a fabric edge at the bottom.
Two cushions I made on Saturday. I love these! The squiggly fabric was reversible.
My stash!
One of the dyed curtains is there and it goes so well with the other fabric.

Yum! I can't wait to get up there and measure up. I wanted to sew some curtains today, but my iron decided not to work. So I painted instead.....

  2. All those lovely muted colours go beautifully together. I can see the Vermont house is going to be much more tasteful by the time you've finished.
