For the GRANDPARENTS (and Aunts and Uncles etc)

Unashamedly this one is for the family. Particularly those family members who sing and play musical instruments. Kit and Ella had their spring concert tonight. Ella played in the beginner band on her flute, Kit played SOME percussion (one handed percussion) in the advanced band and then they both sang in the choir.

I have a FEW photos of them in their bands, but I couldn't really see them well from where I was sitting- the choir, though, was right in front of me. There 4 songs are in the post below - I happened to have my ipod in my bag, so I thought I'd have a go at filming them. Kit is directly behind the piano- Ella is in the second row from the back about 4 in- good luck trying to find them.

Here's Kit playing the B flat blues one handed on the Xylophone.

Kit was awesome in the final song (listen below)- he got so into it. The people behind me were loving it and when it was over said that he should be a performer.

Actually they both really got into that last song, but there's just something about Kit that makes you want to watch him!

  1. Kit why watch him? Well perhaps he inherited the drumming gene, we do know it did miss a generation. And Ella, well perhaps she is still excited about being Amelia

  2. That's fantastic Georgia. I've played all the songs, but particularly the last song and looked at the photos of Kit at the same time! I can just see him 'rising up singing!" He was playing to your camera all the way through with those smiles when everyone else in the choir looked serious. mum. And of course I spotted Ella, who you also got a few smiles from xx
