The kids were all hoping for a snow day today. As it turned out it was only a 90 minute delay- nice for a bit of a sleep in though. It's really only light snow, and it's not that cold, but still it would have been nice to have a snow day. Especially as Ella hurt her foot at gym last night and then Oscar twisted his ankle taking Honey out last night. I couldn't really give them a day off school today as they're missing 4 days of school next week for the Canada trip.
But even though they had to go to school, it was a nice day to go out and take some photos....

Right, now I have to catch up with washing, clean all the filthy floors (the salt treks into the house and leaves the floors all smeary) and think about packing....probably just as well that the kids did go to school.
A beautiful glimpse of mother nature in her winter whites....really loved the snow covered hammock just hanging there!!!!
