They are also going to be doing a demonstration in the ballet/dance concert, so lots of training going on.
And of course, they got their new belts.

Kit and Ella had ANOTHER grading last night. From orange to purple. They have really improved. It was good to watch them.
Other things going on-Remi's been sick since Sunday. Cough, fevers, sore throat- not really sick, but enough to keep him home. And I wouldn't be too concerned except that his school (his grade) has announced their first case of swine flu. I took him to the doctor today who didn't seem too concerned either, but wants me to keep him home until Friday. Unless he gets worse. And it's 7:40 pm and he's taken himself off to bed, so I guess he's not getting better. And Kit and Ella came home with a note saying there's been a case of whooping cough at their school. JOY. Hopefully we can dodge all the serious stuff.

I am sure you are anticipating this, I would be very disappointed if you weren't...perhaps the horse stances should be a lot deeper...but congratulations kids...and never forget Mr Tran himself got a Japanese black belt before he moved onto the serious stuff, so there is still plenty of time. [PS as did Graeme]

Well Kit and Ella look pretty good to me - how wonderful to have a martial arta / dance background - they look so strong and capable. And, of course, hopefully Rem is on the mend.
