I have already said that I was inspired by Elf the movie. So this year, instead of putting our snowflakes on the window, I have been suspending them. I've threaded them on cotton and used some white buttons in between. I also got some cheap silver and white baubles and I put some of them at the bottom.
They look lovely, especially when it's dark and we have the lights on...then we get the shadows on the wall too. I'm still making more when I sit and watch TV at night. I've got quite good at it actually.
So now we will have a white Xmas regardless of the weather.
Hun, the things you have to put up with, I just hope Grim doesn't get any ideas about turning our place into a paper shop.

I love your snowflakes Georgia. What a great idea to hang them up instead of putting them up in the windows. Did you make up the patterns yourself?
