bugs and birds

I hate bugs. Biting bugs that is. Like mosquitos. Well, one of the bad things about living on the water is bugs. But this year we've discovered new ones called no-see-ums. Horrid little things which, like mosquitos, just love me. I am covered in very, very itchy bites.

I went to bed early tonight to have a nice read and there were some in my room!!! So I'm bombarding it with chemicals at the moment hoping to kill them all!!!

And while I'm waiting for it to be safe to go back in, I was having a little wander around blog land. Check this out! This woman is amazing. I just love the soft sculpture that she does. I could happily wander through the inspiration of blog land all night. But I must brave my room and hope that all those bugs are dead...
