Mum requested a photo of the hallstand. I had to remove a collection of coats so that it could be seen, and as you can see we haven't finalised the hall storage. But it's a start. (mum, I came down in the night and I went to put my hand on the umbrella stand that your old hallstand had.)

















And not to waste anything...Here's a huge piece of packing poly...(no idea how to spell it)...stuff that I covered in fabric and some ribbons so we have a place to hang out Xmas cards. I KNOW the ribbons aren't straight, but once it's covered in cards (hint hint) no one will notice. And it's all just pinned so I can take it all down again.
