New School
Today Matt , Oscar and I went to an orientation for new families at his school. It was a very informative 2 hours with the principal telling us all about the school. Oscar went off for a tour with other "7th graders" and came back having made friends with the 2 English 8th grade girls who were their guides. Matt and I were both very impressed with the school, so that's a weight off our minds.
We came home to Grandma, Remi, Kit and Ella scurrying around preparing a performance that they are going to put on for Matt and I tonight. It looks very intrigued. It involves Beethoven, Green Day and rabbit ears...hmmm....
And this afternoon the kids Grandma and I played lots of fun games on the lawn. We were doing football headers and leapfrogs (I think I need my back manipulated after Kit's attempts to get over me). That led to making Pyramids, handstands/cartwheels and bendbacks. And then a game Grandma called "John the Baptist" which involved tipping water over people. All lots of fun!!
Don't you love Ella's photo of her and Grandma's feet...she took 2 of them and was very proud! And she took the photo of us all in the Pyramid.

That is a very bosomy look the Snork is putting on. Is that how all the CT mums try to appear at school?
ReplyDeleteplease don't put comments like that on here...everyone can read them you know. Actually I was showing Oscar how to sit with his spine straight when he took the photo.
