last hoorah?

Oh I am a doubting Thomas. I really didn't think we'd get snow with all the rain we've had, but I woke up at 12:30 am and the bedroom had that glow- snow glow. When all the available light reflects off the snow and somehow radiates in through our windows. We awoke this morning to a snow day (YAY! no school and a sleep in!) and probably 4 inches on the ground.
And it's still snowing steadily...and flooding. But snowing at least. And it's supposed to keep on snowing at least until tomorrow.
It feels like the last one, but hey, who knows. Unfortunately the boys broke our snow shovel a few weeks ago so it's a little hard going out there. I didn't bother to buy a new one because I didn't think we'd need it.
But a good day to huddle up inside - hopefully the UPS man will still make it to deliver my Dr. Who DVDs I ordered. Perfect day for it- although poor old Matt had to go into work.
