Unfortunately they changed the rules on siblings entering this year and Ella couldn't (she was devastated) , but we left it out anyway and everyone loved it.
Kit didn't win a prize either (it's always stiff competition), but we had fun doing it.

They've both got my vote. I've got a bit of a thing about pumpkins at the moment - been reading some permaculture stuff, and realise that, if we are to eat local produce, we'll be eating a lot of pumpkin. Got an idea to do a sort of spicy pumpkin mash in place of potato. We'll see!
