I got a little parcel of wool in the mail today that I'd forgotten I'd even ordered. It was on sale and looked so gorgeous that I had to get some. It's wool bamboo mix. So then there was that moment of wanting to play with it but not knowing what to use it for. I'd seen this scarf on a few different blogs so I thought I'd give that a go...I only hope I have enough wool to make the scarf long enough.
Of course the colours are more subtle than in the phote and really lovely. I can't wait to watch it grow.

What pretty wool George, but what happens to the bamboo part when you wash it, I wonder? I suppose bamboo is out in the rain all the time and should be okay, though.
