But I didn't stay sad for long as I discovered this lovely family moved in next door while walking the kids up to the school bus. Aren't they just lovely? I had to come back inside and get my camera for a photo shoot! (I also had to help the one with the skates put his head back on and his eyes back in...)
And guess what I found in the mail box? This lovely little package from my new blogging pal Hilde. I tend to lurk around a lot of Norwegian blogs trying to remember the language I learned half my life ago. Hilde was having a little give away for people who left comments, so I did (in English) and this is what she sent me; two lovely hanging hearts (or hjerte in Norwegian). Such a lovely little surprise and such a lovely way to start the day.
